The process begins with a one-on-one consultation with Harry, our leading designer at Bassil Creations. During your appointment, we’ll review your existing jewellery, discuss design ideas and explore styles. Harry takes the time to understand your personal style and the sentimental value behind each piece, ensuring your remodelled design is meaningful and unique to you.
Before we begin crafting, we create detailed 3D renders so you can visualise your new piece and approve the design with confidence. Production then begins, all done in-house by our leading master jeweller, Sergio Bassil, ensuring every detail is finished to the highest standard.
Once your remodelled piece is complete, we’ll contact you to schedule a time to collect it from our studio.
Your new piece will be beautifully presented in our signature black and white Bassil Creations box.
